The Haven Collection
These terms govern your use of the website thehavencollection.co ("the Site") and any reservation you make through it. By using the Site you accept these terms in full.
The Haven Collection is a curated portfolio of private luxury villas in the French Riviera, Martinique, and the French Alps. We act as the operator and primary point of contact for every stay.
All reservations are non-refundable. Date changes may be accommodated subject to availability. Our concierge team will guide you through any adjustment requests in writing.
Prices on the Site are shown in euros and include applicable VAT (10% for our French properties, 2.1% for our Martinique properties). A local taxe de séjour is charged per adult per night, set by the commune where each property sits, and shown clearly at checkout.
Check-in is from 3:00 PM and check-out is by 11:00 AM. Early arrival and late departure can be arranged upon request, subject to the booking calendar.
Guests are expected to treat the property and its surroundings with care. Excessive noise, unauthorised events, or any behaviour that disturbs neighbours or damages the property may lead to immediate termination of the stay without refund. Any damage is the responsibility of the lead guest.
Pet policies vary by property. Villa Carlina, La Maison Blanche, and Le Lodge de Gaalon welcome guests with pets. Le Chalet in Méribel is not pet friendly. Please inform our concierge in advance.
The Haven Collection cannot be held responsible for indirect damages, including travel disruption, force majeure events, or any cause beyond our reasonable control. Our maximum liability for any reservation is limited to the amount you paid for that reservation.
We strongly recommend that guests take out comprehensive travel insurance covering cancellation, illness, accident, and personal liability.
All content on the Site, including photographs, text, and branding, is the property of The Haven Collection or its licensors and is protected by intellectual-property law. You may not reproduce it without our written consent.
These terms are governed by French law. Any dispute that cannot be resolved amicably will be brought before the competent courts of France.
